The fees for the exam ITIL 4 Specialist Create, Deliver & Support are included. You need to have the ITIL 4 Foundation certificate. The duration of the exam is 90 minutes and is in multiple-choice format. You must achieve at least 70 percent to pass. It is recommended to study between 24 and 30 hours studying for the exam.
