Omschrijving
Heeft u in uw dagelijkse werkzaamheden te maken met het ontwerpen en managen van customer journeys en customer experiences, het beheren van en de interactie met stakeholders en/of het bevorderen van relaties om waarde te realiseren? Of werkt u nauw samen met klanten om vraag en verwachting te beheren? Dan is de training Specialist Drive Stakeholder Value | DSV een geschikte training voor u.
De driedaagse training biedt IT-leiders, praktijkmensen en ondersteunend personeel die al in het bezit zijn van een (geldige) kwalificatie ITIL 4 foundation, inzicht in alle soorten betrokkenheid en interacties tussen een serviceprovider en hun klanten, gebruikers, leveranciers en partners, met inbegrip van belangrijke concepten voor CX, UX en journey mapping. De cursus is gebaseerd op het ITIL 4 best practice service value system dat is opgenomen in de nieuwste 2019 richtlijnen.
Trainingsdoelstellingen
- kennis van hoe u zich moet richten op markten en belanghebbenden;
- kennis van hoe u relaties met belanghebbenden kunt bevorderen;
- kennis van hoe u de vraag vormgeeft en het serviceaanbod definieert;
- kennis van hoe u verwachtingen kunt afstemmen en details van services kunt overeenkomen;
- kennis van hoe u klanten en gebruikers aan- en uitzet;
- kennis van hoe je samen moet handelen om te zorgen voor continue co-creatie van waarde (serviceconsumptie/-voorziening);
- kennis van hoe u servicewaarde kunt realiseren en valideren.
Examen
Het examen duurt 90 minutenen bestaat uit 40 multiple-choicevragen. Wanneer u minimaal 28 vragen goed heeft beantwoord, bent u geslaagd. De examenkosten zijn bij de prijs inbegrepen.
Cursusmateriaal, examen, koffie, thee en lunch zijn bij de cursusprijs inbegrepen.
